Flowed Crankshaft SERIE PRO

In the late 90's, beveled full circle crankshafts were built into powerful PX motors. Then, along came Andi Wrobel from WORB5, who introduced the first flowed crankshafts, and turned the reed valve market upside down. Flowed crankshafts are the sign of the times in crankshaft development for reed valve shafts. In the past few years there been a lot of movement in this scene - and several interesting versions have been developed, with top performances.


In the SERIE PRO line we offer crankshafts, unless otherwise noted, made on the basis of MAZZUCCHELI crankshafts, out of the renowned German tuning master workshop Worb5 - at fair prices. The flowed crankshafts have specially modified streamlined flanges. The crankshaft contour is modified to allow the fuel mix free flow. The fuel mix won't be blocked or create disturbing vortexes by the flange. Flange modification allows more usable fuel volume. Precompression sinks, more fresh fuel can steam in and a higher fill is achieved. This interplay allows a wider speed range and more power. Additionally, flowed crankshafts swing at 12 o'clock, allowing a very quiet run. They are available with either 57 mm or 60 mm stroke. Flowed crankshafts are only usable with a reed valve intake. Use with a disc valve is no longer possible. With a PX ignition, these shafts can be built into the series 1 of the Rally 180/200.


If your shooting for 20-25 PS, we recommend the laser welded version. Want more power? Then try the flowed EVO crankshaft or reed valves. Conclusion: Perfect for direct intake reed valve engines. Finally, a simple way to get the necessary intake diameter.

Flowed crankshaft with streamlined crankwebs, balanced at 12 o'clock, lower connecting rod bearing = silver bearing, 105 mm connecting rod (125/150 cc) or 110 mm connecting rod (200 cc), 52, 57 or 60 mm stroke, oil seal housing 24 mm, bearing housing 25 mm, stump cone with M12 thread, incl. connecting rod bearing.
